1. Introduction and Data Controller

As Berk Ayvalı (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we want users and customers (“you”, “your”) to be confident that their personal data is safe and secure. This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application (“App”) established, designed, and operated by the Company collects, processes, and stores your personal information when you visit or use the App.

This Policy is adopted for the continuance and improvement of our activities in line with the principles of applicable data protection laws (e.g., Turkish PDP Law / GDPR where applicable). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings set out in the Terms of Service.

We may send push notifications regarding updates or service messages. You can manage or disable notifications anytime via your device settings.

Data Retention

Your data will be stored for the period specified in applicable legislation or for a reasonable time until the purpose ceases to exist, or during statutory limitation periods. Ulti AI may continue to store your data if required by law or if you separately grant permission for extended storage. Where you permit additional storage, such data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized upon expiry of that additional period or once the processing objective no longer exists.

Your personal data collected while visiting, enrolling, or using our Platform may be transferred to the regions listed above. We may also share your name, content, IP address, and session IDs with public authorities legally authorized to request personal data in order to fulfill legal obligations. Payment information may be shared with payment service providers; network/device information may be shared with analytics providers.

6. How Ulti AI protects your images and other data

Ulti AI provides photo/video enhancement and AI-assisted generation features. We do not use our technologies to identify or authenticate individuals in images/videos. You retain control over media you upload, enhance, or generate. We do not claim ownership, sell, or trade your media. Where required, we will use your media to improve AI technologies only with your explicit consent.

Your media is safeguarded per privacy/data protection laws using measures such as encryption and secure cloud storage.

6.a Editing, Enhancement, and AI Training

In certain jurisdictions, we may use personal data to improve photo/video editing and generative features in Ulti AI – AI Video Generator and affiliated apps, but only with your permission (e.g., GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a), where applicable). You can review/update your consents in the App’s privacy settings.

Data categories involved: photos/videos you upload; face data processed for AI-generated images; enhanced or AI-generated media created in the App. While face data may be considered biometric in some jurisdictions, our applications do not identify or authenticate individuals and are not trained for such purposes. We do not collect or use facial data from U.S.-based users to develop or train our photo/video features or algorithms.

Storage: Media (including face data where applicable) retained for up to 1 year(s) (max 12 months) from collection, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law.
